MJCP provides you with a full project management service for your hoarding & signage graphics, from conception of the brief to delivery & installation, including aftercare. This approach ensures a streamlined workflow where every step is managed in-house, by our team. No external hurdles to trip you up. We have a proven track record of working with both large and small organisations from the construction and retail industries, delivering quality, high impact and memorable graphic displays. Not only do these protect and cover up unsightly refurbishment sites, but they provide a highly visible platform for advertising, promotion and messaging.
CONSULTATION
We provide early project support to discuss the requirements of the project, consult on ideas, and creative potential for the desired outcome.
Our team of experts with specific sector experience of 30 years help to outlay the beginning steps of any project while offering the most attainable product and service with budgets, deadlines and design in mind.
Site Survey
We offer full site surveys around the UK to help get your hoarding project up and running. We establish critical success factors of the project to mitigate any problems that may arise and affect the timeline and delivery of the project.
We will account for panel measurements and on-site variables, such as: gates, returns, slopes and visibility in relation to the final aesthetic. We provide detailed templates and annotated graphic concepts to help you visualise the project before the design and production process begins.
DESIGN &
PRE-PRESS
We offer design support from developing concepts and ideas you may already have, or we can design your hoarding from scratch. With BA Hons recognised certification, you will be in the hands of professional in house designers.
PRODUCTION
PRINT & FINISHING
Our in house production team cater for all types of hoarding projects and processes. We house 2 large flatbed UV printers, top-of the range vinyl cutters, and finishing and mounting machines. Our pre-press and layout software also enable us to provide a fast running and efficient quality process. Test printing and on-site checks are carried out providing you with full transparency across each stage of the project.
On-Site LOGISTICS & sITE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
We love to make our clients' lives easier by managing the project every step of the way. We work with site managers to understand site access and any machinery and equipment required to be able to successfully carry out the job. We will establish any potential working issues with contractors that may impact timelines, aesthetic and budget.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
With all works carried out in house, our install team will always be fully abreast of the job from the start. Once able to undertake installation, we don’t have to rely on external contractors and have a full line of communication open with the aim of providing updates as and when needed.
As well as 20 years + of installation experience, our team carries all the relevant certification for working across a wide range of sites and locations; including Safe Contractor,IPAF and CSCS accreditations.
aFTERCare
We take pride in what we do and we look to provide an unrivalled after care service once any project has been completed.
We understand sites change and potentially projects need to be revisited after a number of weeks and or months. We will always be available should there be a need for further works or repairs.
